Why is a Martindale-Hubbell peer rating important?
Martidale-Hubbell, the main organization for conducting peer-reviews of attorneys nationwide, awarded Kevin Purcell an “AV” rating, the highest possible attorney rating. The “A” is based on Kevin scoring a perfect 5.0 out of 5.0 in all five categories of legal knowledge, analytical capacity, judgment, communication abilities, and experience. The “V” is based on Kevin’s peers judging that he possesses the “highest ethical standards” in the profession. The ratings are deemed reliable as they are statistically significant (at least 20 peers), anonymous, based on reviews by attorneys in the local legal community in which the peer-reiwed lawyer practices and always include random search inquiries as part of Martindale-Hubbell's methodology.
