Rita Ebert joined our firm in February, 2009. She comes to us with over 17 years of experience in Trust Funding & Settlement procedures. Rita not only has knowledge of her field, but she has taught other attorneys and professionals how to streamline the funding process in their office.
Rita is primarily responsible for the transfer of client’s assets to their trust, whether it be a Medicaid Trust, Asset Protection Trust or a Revocable Living Trust. She is also responsible for transferring the assets in a trust to the beneficiaries once a Trustmaker passes away.
Rita is married and has a daughter who is a senior at Brunswick High School. Her daughter plans on attending college with hopes of getting a degree in the medical field. Her family enjoys entertaining friends and family in their backyard around their pool in the summer.
